Rain Garden Reserve - Emergency Repair

E&S Services was contracted by the City of Cuyahoga Falls to repair an existing Rain Garden that was designed to relieve the sewer system of rain water during major storms. Over time the site maintenance had become to extensive and the site fell into disrepair causing flooding to the nearby homes and an eyesore.  Once we had the go ahead, we excavated the site and repaired the system with new bioretention soil in the main basin as well as the two smaller basins on site utilizing smaller equipment to avoid breaking existing permeable pavement surrounding the site. With the aid of Environmental Design Group we utilized a planting plan for new plants that will be less maintenance intensive.
